Birth Control

  • We offer a wide range of birth control options to fit your body, lifestyle, and future plans. Our providers will help you explore what feels right for you—because contraception should be personal, informed, and empowering.

  • Barrier Methods

    • Condoms: Easy to use and protect against both pregnancy and STIs.

    • Diaphragms & Cervical Caps: Placed inside the vagina to cover the cervix and block sperm from entering the uterus.

    Hormonal Methods

    • Birth Control Pills: Taken daily to prevent ovulation.

    • Patch: A small skin patch changed weekly that releases hormones.

    • Vaginal Ring: A soft ring worn inside the vagina for three weeks at a time.

    Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives (LARCs)

    • IUDs: T-shaped devices placed in the uterus for long-term protection—effective for several years.

    • Implants: Small, flexible rods inserted under the skin that prevent pregnancy for up to several years.
