If you choose a medication abortion, you’ll have the option of a follow-up ultrasound at the clinic or a home pregnancy test to confirm completion—no routine in-person visit is required unless you prefer one or have ongoing symptoms.

If you have an urgent medical concern after clinic hours, you can call the nurse main phone line we will provide the day of the appt, and follow the voicemail instructions to reach the on-call provider. For emergencies, always go directly to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Yes—you’re welcome to bring a support person if it helps you feel more comfortable. We do ask that they also bring an ID, and only one guest accompany you in the exam room, to protect everyone’s privacy and safety. Our team provides trauma-informed care and respects all relationship dynamics.
