About our clinic

At Midwest Reproductive Health Care, we are committed to providing safe, compassionate, and accessible reproductive healthcare. As the only abortion clinic in our region, we are devoted to offering comprehensive care, support, and advocacy, ensuring that everyone has the freedom to make their own informed choices about their reproductive health.

We are the only abortion clinic in our region and are unaffiliated with any other centers. As our name suggests, we aim to care for not only the Rockford community, but everyone in the Midwest (and further) seeking reproductive healthcare. Strategically chosen in an accessible area, close to Iowa and Wisconsin, this clinic offers expansive family planning services not only for people living in Illinois, but for abortion traveler seekers coming from out of state. We aim to be a resource center for the community, for travelers, and have partnered with many local organizations to ensure a whole patient approach.

About Rockford Family Planning Foundation

We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that supports the Midwest region, and beyond. We believe that everyone deserves the right to exercise their full bodily autonomy, and that comprehensive reproductive healthcare is a human right that should be accessible to all. We work through grant making and fundraising to support access to family planning services, research, advocacy, and policy development, with a focus on reproductive health services and education, and empowering individuals and communities to make informed choices about their reproductive lives.
